Surface Finishing Arbor Hole Discs
Heavy Duty discs can handle light to moderate surface cleaning and deburring. Great for satin and antique finishing, scratch blending and thread cleaning. They are highly conformable and can be ganged on a mandrel or shaft. Our Tan HD discs are comparable to 3M's Tan "Cut & Polish" material. Hi-Strength discs can handle medium to heavy surface cleaning and deburring. The high strength fibers combined with a high grain content deliver a tough long lasting disc. Discs can be mounted individually or ganged on a mandrel or shaft. For extra stiffness, use with side plates. Please call customer service for other sizes & arbor holes not shown. -

Finishing discs are made of soft “hand pad” type material. They can remove slight imperfections, light oxidation, and other minor defects. NOT intended for deburring. Designed for light removal of coatings, oxidation, or rust without affecting the base product. The aluminum oxide grain and resin bond combination produce a smooth cut rate and smear-free uniform finish.
