Terms / Conditions

Minimum Order: No minimum dollar amount, simply order in standard box quantities!

Standard Packages: Each product is sold in standard packages. Please order in standard package increments.

Freight: Orders totaling $500 or more net will ship Freight Prepaid & Allowed, via carrier of our
choice. Orders less than $500 net will ship Freight Prepaid & Billed. Blanket orders must meet $500 net per release to have freight Prepaid & Allowed.

Payment Terms: 1% 10, Net 30

Returned Goods/Stock Rotation: Please contact our customer service department to obtain
an "RGA" number prior to returning any merchandise. Items noted by a Bold part number may be returned for credit, less a 15% restock fee, if returned within 6 months of purchase date.

"Bold Part Numbers": found in our pdf catalog are considered "Popular Stock Items." Many part numbers that are not bold are also in stock - but not in large quantities and may not be returnable if ordered in error.

Electronic Files: available free of charge: Preferred's Consumer Catalog is available
in Adobe PDF format. This convenient catalog version includes "Hot Link Buttons" to simplify
navigation. Searches can be performed by part number or description. Our price list is available in Excel format. Either file can be provided on CD Rom or can be E-mailed.

Shortages: all shortages should be reported to Preferred's customer service department within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
