• Aluminum Oxide - A/O

  AO/J Standard

  • R350 • Grit Range 60- 400 • Closed Coat

  Aluminum oxide, J-wt. 65/35 Poly/Cotton: A highly flexible product for use on aluminum, die-cast, carbon steel and other metalworking applications.

  AO/J Premium

  • KAF • Grit Range 60- 600 • Closed Coat

  Aluminum oxide, J-wt. 100% Egyptian Cotton: A moderately flexible product for use on most metal applications, also good on hard woods.

  AO/J Plus Grinding Aid

  • KA537 • Grit Range 60- 400 • Closed Coat

  Blue Fired Aluminum oxide, J-Flex 100% Egyptian Cotton: A highly flexible product with a grinding aid for high performance applications. Great on stainless steel & other highly alloyed materials. Also good on hard woods.

  AO/X Standard

  • XA911 / R145 • Grit Range 24- 400 • Closed Coat

  *Our most popular general purpose belt material. Aluminum oxide, X-wt. 65/35 Poly/Cotton: The backing, a Polyester/Cotton blend is very durable.  Good general-purpose material for most metal applications. Can be use wet, but not in fully submersed applications.

  AO/X Open Coat

  • K35 • Grit Range 24- 320 • Open Coat

  Aluminum oxide, X-wt. Cotton: Open Coat, good general-purpose material for most wood applications. Good for portable belts, edge sanders and stroke sanders. Dry use only. Not as durable as W-25 but is less expensive.

  AO/Y Standard

  • R192 • Grit Range 24- 600 • Closed Coat

  Aluminum oxide, X/Y wt. 65-35 Poly/Cotton: (Y-wt. for 120 grit & coarser. X-wt. for 150 grit & finer.) Includes a grinding aid to help reduce heat. For high tensile steel, stainless steel, titanium & other heat sensitive material. Dry use only. Good for both narrow & wide belts.

  AO/Y Premium Poly W/P

  • P355 • Grit Range 24- 120 • Closed Coat

  Aluminum oxide, Y-wt. Poly: This heavy duty, long life product is great for foundry applications: aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel. Can be used wet or dry. Great edge-wear resistance. Good for both narrow & wide belts.

  AO/Y Open Coat Washable

  • W25 • Grit Range 24- 320 • Open Coat

  Aluminum oxide, Y-wt. Poly: This product is the Original “Washable Belt”. Very popular for flat sanding, can be used at high speed. Very durable. Can be used wet or dry. Used primarily on wood, in wide belt applications.

• Zirconia Alumina - Z/A

  • R205 • Grit Range 24- 120 • Closed Coat

  Zirconia Alumina, Y-wt. Poly: Great for most materials. Requires heavy pressure! Can be used wet or dry. Very durable. Good for both narrow & wide belts.

  ZA/Y Plus Grinding Aid

  • R203 • Grit Range 24- 120 • Closed Coat

  Zirconia Alumina, Y-wt. Poly: Our most popular Zirconia product. Similar to R205 with the added benefit of dual grinding aids, for use in severe grinding applications. Requires heavy pressure! This is the best of all Zirconia Products! Very cool cutting & long life. Great for stainless steel, alloy & aluminum applications. Dry use only. Very durable. Good for both narrow & wide belts.

  CA/X&Y Open Coat

  • S945X/Y • Grit Range 36- 120 • Open Coat

  Ceramic, Heavy X-wt. Poly: Our newest high performance product for wood. 36 and 60 grit are on a Y-wt. backing, while the 80, 100 and 120 are on a heavy X-wt. backing. Designed specifically for wood. Dry use only. Very durable. Good for both narrow & wide belts.

  CA/X Plus Grinding Aid

  Ceramic, Heavy X-wt. Poly: Our most popular Ceramic product.  Our newest high performance product with a grinding aid, good for moderate to heavy pressure applications. Great for most materials. Dry use only. Very durable. Good for both narrow & wide belts.
